Lovely makeover. A fireplace certainly does make a space look cozy. And the mantel is just the right amount of space to display some lovely collections. Glad to see you are crocheting during the evenings. I haven't been able to do much this past week but definitely want to pick up hook and yarn this weekend. I'm also feeling the need to change my living room around. It's always an all day affair, though, and I need to do it when no one is around -- which doesn't happen often. I like changing things up.
